Graben Hotel - Vienna

Had 3 nights in Vienna, spending my time here lovely. Superior double room included an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. Separate bathroom was big. The hotel had a very central location and it was steps away from an 18th-century church. And the area was shopping, just off the old center, and the centre of old Vienna.

The staff were chatty, didn't expect that coming.

The location was fantastic, in the centre of the city. The fact that Stephansplatz Stop tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The location is very good, and this seemed to be the most reasonable option price-wise if you want to stay in this part of town.

It is said to be a 4-star hotel but it really is more like a 3-star.

Enjoyed how the reasonably spacious room with all amenities was arranged when we arrived. The meals in the restaurant where reasonably priced. Every stuff member was exceptionally kind and outstandingly accommodating.

Historical Charm with Modern Convenience

Nestled in a tranquil street off Graben, this hotel is a good mix of history and modern comfort. The spacious room was equipped with necessary amenities, although a bit basic. For breakfast, the rich spread made every morning a treat. Plus, the proximity to key attractions makes it a fantastic choice for exploring the city!

Location is excellent

The elevator was stopped for service at 9 a.m. - the busiest time. I had to pull a suitcase to the 7th floor... Breakfast isn't good.

The location of the hotel is amazing! In the heart of Vienna) to all sights a few minutes on foot. Beautiful, clean and very cozy hotel. Wonderful and varied breakfast. The room was small, but for one person, just right, no longer needed. A big bed, a table and chairs. The room was very quiet! Clean and new bathroom. The linen was changed every day.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a great location just a 2-minute walk from the metro station providing easy access to the city's attractions.

We got superior room which was on 7 floor and extremely small,toilet is almost same size as room Tv is small and old Restoran food very poor

Located in down town, very convenient to sightseeing and shopping. Easy to take subway and buses.

Recommend it for couples seeking adventure

The location was amazing, just steps away from a corner where you could get the best bratwurst and pastries that hit like a step back in time. They even let me check in early, which totally saved my day, feeling like a king despite the chilly weather outside.

It wasn't cheap like some rundown places, but it was still acceptable.

no parking place but only extra for eur 35.00/ day, no air conditioning, in a (very) small room with aircond the bathroom heating was on/ really hot, outside the temperature was 33 degrees celsius; we have been requested to be present at 1400 for an organized trip and left 1425 only; breakfast pretty poor, we had to ask to bring for example for cheese or omelette to be brought in when finished; acommodation price really expensive
